Guest Artists and Speakers: Paris Marshall Smith
Paris Marshall Smith, who having lived and worked in over 10 urban centres around the world, has developed a strong interest in the natural/urban interface particularly as it relates to food production. After receiving a Masters in Agricultural Development with a focus on urban agriculture in South Africa, Paris returned to Vancouver to learn about the urban food systems of the Lower Mainland. As a passionate producer, processor and consumer of healthy food, Paris is currently working to strengthening and build community based food security.
